These terms govern your use of CutMeOut. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and API keys secret. Tell us straight away if a key is exposed so we can revoke it.

Credits and payment

One credit renders one image at full resolution. Previews are free. Credits bought in a pack do not expire; subscription credits are granted monthly and do not roll over. Prices may change with notice, and existing credits are honoured.

Acceptable use

Upload only images you own or have permission to process. Do not use the service for unlawful material, or to build a competing background-removal service by bulk-processing our output.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a render fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected].

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
